We have been using the Blackwater products for over a year now, and our trainers and students love the resources thanks to the excellent mapping, and check lists that tie it all together. During a recent audit, a few points were raised by the auditor & clarification was sought from Chemene. We were very impressed with both Chemene's prompt response, but more importantly, with the detail of her response.
