Welcome to Blackwater Projects!

Blackwater Projects is the trading name of learning and development consultant, Chemène Sinson.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Chemène has more than 25 years of experience in learning and development across a variety of industries, both within Australia and internationally.  Chemène works personally with all Blackwater Projects clients.  For larger projects she draws on her network of colleagues with their unique areas of specialisation.
